The Church Creek Homeowners Association is pleased to offer an online payment option for annual assessments. This secure platform allows homeowners to conveniently submit dues electronically.
Annual HOA Dues Amount: $150.00 per household
Payment Options
Option 1 – Pay Online via Secure Checkout (Credit or Debit Card)
Click the “Pay HOA Dues (Checkout)” button below to submit your payment through our secure online checkout system.
Option 2 – Pay with PayPal (Venmo available through PayPal, if applicable)
After clicking the “Pay HOA Dues (Secure Checkout)” button above, select PayPal as your payment method on the checkout page to complete your payment.
Important Notice About Outstanding Balances
If you have a prior balance or believe additional fees may apply, please contact the HOA directly before submitting payment to confirm your total amount due. Interest and late fees may be assessed after the due date in accordance with Association governing documents.
Please note that unpaid balances may result in the placement of a lien on the property in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and applicable Delaware law.
